  • Valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified during booking.
  • No-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.

  • A cleaning fee of up to $250 will apply for smoking violations.

Pet Policy

Guest Conduct

  • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Disorderly behavior, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in eviction without refund.

Parking

  • Free self-parking is available for registered guests.
  • Executive Inn is not responsible for vehicle theft or damage.
