- Valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

Payment & Deposits

- A security deposit may be required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified during booking.
- No-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.
Smoking Policy
- All non-smoking rooms are strictly smoke-free.
- A cleaning fee of up to $250 will apply for smoking violations.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated. (Service animals are welcome.)
Guest Conduct
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Disorderly behavior, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in eviction without refund.

Parking
- Free self-parking is available for registered guests.
- Executive Inn is not responsible for vehicle theft or damage.
Safety & Security
- For your protection, the hotel is monitored by security cameras.
- Tampering with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in fines.
